The invitation to make ourselves feel at home! The staff were so helpful, the stylish hotel was very comfortable and spacious and the outside views were spectacular.

Really beautiful and comfortable palace with the surrounding countryside providing the perfect setting. Only 30mins drive to San Sebastián. 45 mins to Bilboa. Everything was just great. Restaurant is outstanding. The chef - a charming guy - likes to meet his guests and talk about his dishes and the way he prepares them. The "black" fillet steak is brilliant!!

Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean,this lovely small hotel deserves four stars rather than two. It was slightly difficult to find (sat-nav very helpful) but is a lovely peaceful rural retreat. Clean, quiet, with all the amenities and comforts on a hilltop above Getaria surrounded by vineyards.
The staff were polite and discreet and willing to help us even in small everyday difficulties of our journey.
We stayed in the largest room which was really BIG with a large balkony, large bathroom and jacuzzi

This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely. The location is very close to San Sebastian RENFE station. It is also couple of minute to the beach.
It is very clean and almost new since the owner just repaint the pension.
It is definetiley worth place to stay and if I am going to san sebastian, I will definitely come back to this pension

wealth of experience and knowledge about how to run a hotel business. He
is smart, resourceful, really cared about his guests, and speaks English

Though bit pricy its really an amazing spot and hotel. Awesome building, great spacious rooms, good staff. Gourmet restaurant was closed during our stay but the bistro was excellent too. Beautiful terrace to watch the sunset, have to visit the winery too and go for a walk/ cycle around the vineyards. Very nice place. -

Great place. 5 min walk to kursal palace and 10 min to bretxa market. The difference between a holiday inn room and this one is the name of the hotel and the size of the room (this one is smaller). This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming.
As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.
