  very friendly and helpful staff. welcomed dogs in room . room large and well appointed for the price which was extremely good. very good access from main road - used hotel for one night stopover on way to Bilbao. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also pet friendly. Would definitely go there again.

  This hotel was a little gem.Staff were helpful with luggage without being asked.Bedroom was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the harbour.The terrace overlooking the harbour was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy a coffee or an evening drink.   From the moment we arrived Bixen, the owner, made us feel very welcome. The room was large, clean and the bed do comfortable. The views are fabulous, but you need to go to appreciate how pretty it is and quiet.   We booked a room with private bath room and stayed in a perfect sized room with three doors leading to balconies. The staff was very friendly, no limited English. They helped us out with great spots to visit and we wanted to stay on a couple more days but they were fully booked. The room had a small fridge, kettle and complimentary soaps. - Perfect location. Really friendly staff. Shared bathroom was not a problem as it isnt shared by many rooms and we were all around at different times. Nice little balcony. It was quite noisy at night, but that would be the same anywhere in the old town.
