  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't.   The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of everything, close to the shops, the square, and the harbour in the old part of town.   Nice place with a great view. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and guests on Chinyero was allowed to use the pool at the hotel next door which was nice!
