Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. The location is excellent if you want to be in the heart of everything, close to the shops, the square, and the harbour in the old part of town. The hotel was very clean and although not 5 star, was excellent for us. -

Nice place with a great view. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and guests on Chinyero was allowed to use the pool at the hotel next door which was nice! Chinyero also has a big roof terrace. We had a really good week, and the price is very low compared to the quality. -
