The girl who received us was really helpful and nice. The location is really close to the center and the apartment it is cosy and in good conditions. Good place to stay a week. -
The location and the friendly staff. There was a full-equipped kitchen with all things you needed. The shower was very good.

Everything. The location was great. The staff wonderful. Juan was very helpful in showing us the apt. Everything in the room was topnotch. There should be a sign on the drawers beneath the hanging rod about how to open. We loved especially the superb window and sound insulation, the induction cooktop.. Above all, the location is excellent. -

... co mówią ludzie » lutely beautiful, pleasant and comfortable, and in a great location just a few blocks from the cathedral. While the street is very quiet (and safe), the building is soundproof. This apartment/hotel is in a historical building that has been recently rehabilitated with great care by the owner and his wife, who is an interior designer.

Wonderful apartment, park in front, green area in back. Had to call contact to let them know we were out front, but very nice person to check us in.
Walked to some restaurants in 5-10 minutes, cathedral area about 15 min walk. We we were there during school break, so very quiet then. -

The moment we opened the apartment door, I coun't believe my eyes!
The space, layout, design, cleaness, comfort, everything working in
armory within the building (some walls dated 300 yrs back). Walking
distance to the Cathedral! Plus the owner and staff makes feel home!

What can I say !! This is a beautiful little apartment overlooking
Inmaculada Square. One could also see the Cathedral. We arrived at
Plaza Do Obradoiro where I parked and Lavinia went off to find Ines the
owner of the apartment.Ten minutes later she arrived with Ines in
Ines' car. We transferred our luggage and then followed Ines to the
car park

There are nothing bad to talk about this place. The location is perfect,
behind of La Catedral de Compostela (the main church) and right in the
middle of the old city, full of restaurants, souvenirs stores and bars.
The room is very comfortable, like a small apartment with new facilities
and a very good view. Ines, the hostess, is best friend you could have
in your stay. She will try her best to make you feel comfortable and
tell you everything you must see/do, do not forget to have a nice
talk

New, clean, roomy bedroom with access to a well equipped communal
kitchen complete with washing machine. Victor greeted us after hours and
showed us how to access secure underground parking (only €5/ day),
directions to all the spots and to his family run mini supermarket

Spacious, all the mod cons, 2 huge bathrooms, very central but yet felt like a retreat as it was just outside the old town. Owner was really helpful. Private parking was a bonus in their underground car park and the key system worked really well. We would happily have stayed longer.
