Great hospitality! The family running the hotel was really friendly and spoke English.
The apartment is really big, clean and well equipped. We only stayed for one night, so the location close to the motorway was a plus. The breakfast was really great which was brought to our apratments kitchen in the morning by the owner couple.

Location is very good, especialy as a stop if you want to explore the beautiful Vipava valley.
Located near one of the two main roads from Italy to Balkan. Room is very good and clean, breakfast is OK. The staff is polite and helpful.

The welcome is worth the trip alone, despite speaking no slovenian at all every effort was made to accomodate us, the food was fantastic and the wine from the vinyard ajoining. I would love to stay at the Spacapan again. all in all Spactacular. -

The hotel is modern and very nice and I would recommend it to other travellers. You can easily walk from the hotel to the Skocjan Caves on a lovely path through the countryside and these caves are a must see and the main reason for coming here. There is a railway station nearby with a decent service if like me you were travelling without a car -

This Guest House is conveniently located for visiting Postumia caves (just a few km away on route 6). The owners are very kind and friendly and they speak italian. The kindness and friendliness of owners make them very special people. Owners helped us by providing their local knowledge in selection of sightseeing trips on our short stay. The rooms were comfortable and mosquito free as there were screens on outside windows allowing fresh air into room when opening windows.The breakfast was over the top. The selection and quantites were above average.

The hotel is run by two lovely and charming couple that are always trying to help and guide. The location is one of the best on the border of Slovenia and Italy with the best view ever! We enjoined the hospitality and appreciate the place very much.
