Everything was perfect and nice. The location is amazing, there are a swimming pool plus one hydro, a sauna, a small gym, free food and wine always at disposal, very good and light mountain bikes for whoever wants to use them. The owners are very kind and nice and can give you great advices on how to discover the surroundings.

Attendant host called Vasja who provided a landline for DSL when we didn't have Wifi in the rooms.
Open to helping us get kayaking or paragliding in the region if we wanted to.

We enjoyed our stay in Dobra Vila Bovec and we will definitely go back. Their hospitality is extraordinary thanks to Matijas who made our stay there even more unforgettable. We very much enjoyed staying at this place. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. There are hiking tracks ("cherry blossom tracks") in the area - this gives a great opportunity to explore the valleys and hills. The owner, Katja was really friendly and runs a great restaurant. Booked here because we intended to go to Lipica and the caves. For a variety of reasons,we only walked the educational trail at the caves.

The homecooked dinners were very tasty. A good introduction to real Slovenian food. Great hosting skills and great schnapps. (The schnapps room is open if you wish to sample the 'home brew'.) Great apartment room with sitting area. Very quiet rural area but within easy reach of Postojna caves (20 minutes) and Castello Miramare near Trieste (40 mins without getting lost...). Plenty of extra bedding in the wardrobe if required. Open fridge: keep a tab and pay at the end of the stay.

Great hospitality! The family running the hotel was really friendly and spoke English.
The apartment is really big, clean and well equipped. We only stayed for one night, so the location close to the motorway was a plus. The breakfast was really great which was brought to our apratments kitchen in the morning by the owner couple.

Yuri was very friendly, offered us use of the Jacuzzi, & gave us extra towels for rafting. We had a problem 1 night & he came immediately and solved the problem. although it is on the main road, it was quiet. We recieved 15% reduction on the price of the rafting at "xpoint" because we were guests in Yuris apartment.

Bit higher rates in highest season are partly compensated via appropriate breakfast with full of choice and via discounts you can get visiting most beautifull cave (kras) and castle.
