The staff cannot do enough to help you, whether getting you an extra pillow, sending faxes or arranging travel they do it well.   The staff is just perfect! Always helpfull and nice! The location is also perfect and suitable for the major attractions. The breakfast buffet - great variety and high quality. - I could not fault this hotel the breakfasts are still the best in Poland. It is in the centre of Torun which could not be better.

  The staff were very helpful, the second room I had was tiny but adequate and there I could access wifi. Wonderful location for viewing the old town. - Just perfectly located in the city center. Breakfast was very good and there was everything you could think of.

The price was also quite reasonable for the spacious double room with a kitchenette we were staying at. As we were traveling by car, we needed a parking place, which was reserved in advance. You feel you've gone back in time when you walk into the hotel and rooms. The staff speaks English and is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to them, we could check-in early. Great location in the old city, a couple of minutes walking distance to all interesting sights and the river. The room had a fridge and an electric kettle. Very comfortable.
