  This was my second stay at the Polonia Hotel in Torun and I will certainly stay there again. The staff cannot do enough to help you, whether getting you an extra pillow, sending faxes or arranging travel they do it well. The hotel is in an ideal location in the Old Town and I expected it to cost a lot more purely for the location. - The staff wer... wat mensen zeggen » e tremendously helpful and nice. The room was a great size with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom with a terrific power shower unit, perfect for relaxing all the muscles after a hard day of cycling.

  Great location on a side street off the main square. Very atmospheric decor, with authentic 'medieval' feel. Comfortable room although no double bed set up.   The staff is just perfect! Always helpfull and nice! The location is also perfect and suitable for the major attractions. The breakfast buffet - great variety and high quality. - I could not fault this hotel the breakfasts are still the best in Poland. It is in the centre of Torun which could not be better.

  The staff were very helpful, the second room I had was tiny but adequate and there I could access wifi. Wonderful location for viewing the old town. - Just perfectly located in the city center. Breakfast was very good and there was everything you could think of.

Location is very good. Walking distance to the centre of the old town. Hotel is very clean. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. - Excellent location, unique design, large double rooms with a cozy sitting area, wonderful breakfast. The room was a part of a former lifting crane which was reflected in its style. It was also nicely decorated with wood. Great value for money. I would rate it a 5 star hotel not 3 star one.

  We had larger "comfort" room. Clean comfortable and spacious. Extra space had lounge chairs and desk. Fridge and electric jug in room (but no tea or coffee provided). Staff very friendly and assistive. Fifty meters from old town. 15 minute walk to bus or train stations. - Everything was good.   I think Torun is one of the most beautiful Polish cities. Location of the hotel is just perfect for a city tour. The price was also quite reasonable for the spacious double room with a kitchenette we were staying at. As we were traveling by car, we needed a parking place, which was reserved in advance. You feel you've gone back in time when you walk into the hotel and rooms. The staff speaks English and is extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to them, we could check-in early. Great location in the old city, a couple of minutes walking distance to all interesting sights and the river. The room had a fridge and an electric kettle. Very comfortable. Lovely city, great, friendly people. Torun is worth a visit and Pod Orlem is worth a stay. You will not be disappoin
