  I was part of a group of 8 who stayed for New Year. From the firstminute we walked in to the minute we left we received nothing but firstclass service all round.   Highly recommended for a visit to Amsterdam Staff were outstanding We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us. Room was very modern and comfortable and quite large by european standards, high standrad of bedding and amenities such as flat screen TVs. Tram stop at the end of the street. - This hotel located in the best, area of Amsterdam with lots of great shopping and restaurants near by. Its newly redone and very modern with stylish rooms. The bathrooms are large with flat screens above the tub.I have been happy with their other hotels as well, the Roemer and Vondel. I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.

  Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist. The staff at the reception area were extremely professional / informative
