This staff was exceptional, lots of information and assistance booking, etc. Location is great for tram. Every detail at this hotel is well thought out.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The hotel personelle did not charge for the card, which was the proper reaction in my view. Their reaction was prompt, unburocratic and generous. Excellent.
