Hi standards of service. Renovated rooms look very nice.... not sure how looks "old" ones. - It's right in the city center. Hotel has bikes to rent for customers and cycling is the best option for sight seeing - Everything, the staff were very friendly and the rooms have most comfortable beds

This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel! I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room. A large window for natural light and many mirrors and wardrobe space, room cleaned

The staff was always helpful. They were very nice. Room is cleaned once a week and you receive fresh towels and linen once a week. If you travel alone this absolutely ok. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -

Staff were very helpfull and spoke good english, the hotel is 2 mins walk from the train station and only 2 stops from the centre of amsterdam . . the food is excellent too .i will use this hotel again. - The proximity to Amsterdam city center and the availability of public transport

Excellent hotel: the best price for the best one. Free shuttle to the aiport every twenty minute and after 12 20 in the morning you just need to call them and they will pick you up (you can go to the airport for any reason: to go to the central station by train (very easy ) or to go home) - They offered me the new Woman's Suite without my knowledge
