  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

It is ideal for a couple. - The nh Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky is one of the best hotels I have everstayed in. The enterance is fabulous, the check in easy and efficient.The rooms are fabulous. It was our anniversary when we went and theycovered our bed with love heart sweets! Room service was nice andefficient.

  Good host who provided useful local information on nearby pubs and cafes. Very close to Central station and tram routes. Flat well sourced with tea/coffee and travel guides/maps. Luckily we were on first floor - good tip to ask for this flat. Able to leave bags in cycle shop next door which was also run by our host.
