Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. We even had a littlepicnic on the rooftop deck on one occasion that we will never forget! Wewill be sure to return here again.

Bed was so so comfy! Nice traditional features. 10% off in the restaurant underneath and the food was delicious! Such a central location - we could just walk everywhere so no money spent on travel. -

Hi standards of service. Renovated rooms look very nice.... not sure how looks "old" ones. - It's right in the city center. Hotel has bikes to rent for customers and cycling is the best option for sight seeing - Everything, the staff were very friendly and the rooms have most comfortable beds

The staff were wonderful and the hotel is centrally located. The room was clean and well equipped. - I have only spent time there for sleep but what I really liked was the "cozy" feeling i had in my room. Also the very friendly staff.

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up -

We liked the location - very accessible/walking distance from the central train station and to the city center. Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good - a lot of choices. The sky lounge is a good venue to relax in the evening and one can get ample view of the city.
