  almost everything, staffs are incredible and helpful. we are 2 small ladies with 11 y.old children they upgraded for bigger room for us. Best location in a middle of walking street(Leidse straat) in front of tram stop (Leigse/primnsengrat).   Sir Nico Bed & Breakfast was fantastic. The owner Nico was extremely friendly, and he thinks of every little details from the snacks and drinks he provided in the room (free of charge), to the bathroom amenities and bicycle (to rent). The room was very clean and nice. The location of the B&B is very convenient. Just walked everyw - Great location with lovely view over the canal. Easy to get to, close to the 1,2 and 5 tram also easy walking distance to Dam square and the canal boat tours jetty at Hard Rock Cafe. We were left an excellent food package on arrival - cookies, drinks as well as a cupboard full of tasty treats. The room had all we expected - TV, great Wifi and incredibly comfy beds. Host was so friendly and helpful he even rented us bikes. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in Amsterdam and high
