Everything was perfect from the first moment I've made my reservation - reply was quick with some questions concerning arrangements and an advice to get to the place, which was very useful! Also it has lots of light. Then we found lots of sympathy details: the capsules for the nespresso machine, the delicious chocolates. Also the location is perfect. If we come back to Amsterdam that's where we will want to stay.

The breakfast also very good, although was a bit late as needed to leave early, bit it is ok given this hotel is not for business travellers and I chose it because I needed to attend a conference, and had to do it at the very last minute.
