Staff are very helpful and knowledgable. They were so friendly that
after the first day, I could remember most of them by first name. They
sent a taxi at the airport to pick me up even though I forgot to tell
them my exact arrival time. Later I found out that theytook the trouble
of analyzing where I m comming from and identifying the flight!!! I was
completely amazed!!! The manager (Milan) was always there with helpful
recomendations on bars, shopping etc. The guy at the reception desk

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had a western bathroom with a tub. The A/C worked and the TV had CNN. The location was perfect. Many restaurants nearby. The hotel's restaurant was good. The breakfast was a hot buffet that offered different items each day. Good Wi-Fi. ATM in the next building. The staff organized a driver for us to view the sites. Also organized a shuttle to the airport. We would stay again.

The Service was excellent - felt that each member of the staff from the GM onwards was giving you personalized attention and the food served by the outdoor terrace restaurant is excellent. The buffet breakfast in the sunshine is really a treat and the fact that one can get world class coffee and tea is a bonus.

Friendly staff and good location! I stayed here for one night only. The staff Sujan and Genesh helps me a lot when I arrive. They are soooo friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is located in Thamel area which is a popular shopping area in Kathmandu. Lots of stores around here. And only two minutes there's a cafe store offers good breakfast.
