  The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly (Yasim & Younes). When I got sick at the end of the trip they made me teas and plain rice to settle my stomach. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

  The staff and owner were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Usef (Yosef??) even led us out of Marrakech on his motorbike so we would not get lost on our way out. The rooms were good, the bed comfortable, the bathroom however was extremely tiny and the tile, in my opinion, could have used a bit more scrubbing around the sink area.
