  The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly (Yasim & Younes). When I got sick at the end of the trip they made me teas and plain rice to settle my stomach. They also kindly stored our bags while we were on a desert tour. The riad itself is beautiful!! - Probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in! We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to the suite, which was huge and just amazing! Very tasteful interior throughout! The staff was really friendly and attentive. A perfect and calm oasis in hectic Marrakesh.

Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

We found the room a little smaller than we expected and didn't have room for our luggage, however the en suite was spacious and well appointed and we were able to leave one suitcase there.   The staff and owner were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Usef (Yosef??) even led us out of Marrakech on his motorbike so we would not get lost on our way out. The rooms were good, the bed comfortable, the bathroom however was extremely tiny and the tile, in my opinion, could have used a bit more scrubbing around the sink area.
