Excellent service from the front desk. Got us in way before check-in time even though they had to clean the room early especially for us. Nothing was too much to trouble for the very helpful lady. What an amazing hotel with amazing staff! We could not have asked for better. The room was big, with aircon and a huge comfortable king size bed. Very clean and comfortable -
The staff were quite helpful, despite the fact that they werent fully acquainted about everything that the hotel serves, they were always available and ready to help. This hotel is perfect if you only need to sleep there, and spend most of yourday outside. The pool is really nice with a nice view as well.

Excellent Service. The hotel is managed by a team of young Lebanese that are ready to answer to any demand and we had lots of them but they helped with everything. Dont hesitate to ask them whatever you need. Rooms really nice as well but service says it all for this hotel. Positevely surprised. good location as well with a really good restaurant and a nice pastry shop just next to the hotel. only 2 mins walk from the old market which is the site to see in the city.

Beautiful room with great view. Staff was lovely and because we had a late flight they kindly let us stay for 4 hours after check out. Initially thought a bit far from the old town but after we walked it once we realized not that far and worth it for having the lovely view.

This is a freshly hidden gem in the area of Byblos, I wouldn't hesitate a single second to go there again. Clean, comfortable and well located, not to mention the friendliness of the staff. I originally intended to stay there for a single night, but then quickly extended to a second night after experiencing the place! -
