Excellent service from the front desk. Got us in way before check-in time even though they had to clean the room early especially for us. Nothing was too much to trouble for the very helpful lady. Very clean and comfortable -
The staff were quite helpful, despite the fact that they werent fully acquainted about everything that the hotel serves, they were always available and ready to help. This hotel is perfect if you only need to sleep there, and spend most of yourday outside. The pool is really nice with a nice view as well.

Excellent Service. The hotel is managed by a team of young Lebanese that are ready to answer to any demand and we had lots of them but they helped with everything. Dont hesitate to ask them whatever you need. Rooms really nice as well but service says it all for this hotel. Positevely surprised. good location as well with a really good restaurant and a nice pastry shop just next to the hotel. only 2 mins walk from the old market which is the site to see in the city.

Beautiful room with great view. Staff was lovely and because we had a late flight they kindly let us stay for 4 hours after check out. Initially thought a bit far from the old town but after we walked it once we realized not that far and worth it for having the lovely view.

Great location a stone throw from the harbour, the staff are friendly and helpful and we had a very comfortable stay.
Our converted fishing hut was bursting with charm and character - a quirky and fun option.

This is a freshly hidden gem in the area of Byblos, I wouldn't hesitate a single second to go there again. Clean, comfortable and well located, not to mention the friendliness of the staff.
