Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view. Very close to JR Sa

The room itself was excellent - thoughtfully arranged for a family, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were thoughtful, helpful and friendly throughout, and spoke both Japanese and English as necessary. -

The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

Staff very friendly and helpful. The location could not be better for access to the subway (entrance directly across the street), to major department stores (one block away), to the Susukino entertainment district (five blocks away), and Odori Park (across the street). You can also walk to Sapporo Station in ten minutes. Hotel was modern and clean

Outstanding location accross from Odori Park. Short walk to entertainment and dining areas. Short walk to the main Sapporro station. Orori station was very close and convenient to the hotel. Hotel is modern with european design. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Overall we would stay again.

Simply the best place I have stayed in so far in my travels in Japan. The facilities was excellent and it was comfortable. Powerful shower. Air purifier was a bonus! -
