Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. It was peaceful and quiet, clean,hot water flask and all toiletries provided.The toilet has a bidet. Odd numbered rooms on a high floor faces the morning sun and has a good view. Very close to JR Sa

The room itself was excellent - thoughtfully arranged for a family, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable. All hotel staff were thoughtful, helpful and friendly throughout, and spoke both Japanese and English as necessary. -

The variety of the breakfast offered - western, japanese & buffet. The quality of the breakfast is good & very good varieties for the buffet.
It is quite easy with the subway to reach the hotel but also very good value with the taxi option to get to the hotel. -

The location could not be better for access to the subway (entrance directly across the street), to major department stores (one block away), to the Susukino entertainment district (five blocks away), and Odori Park (across the street).
