Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service.
We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer.
We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at Sapporo Grand hotel from Oct 31 to Nov 4. We really love this hotel, room is comfortable and cleanliness,excellent service in front desk staffs. the most important thing is location is very convenient. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Cross is about 5 minutes away from JR Sapporo station. The location is very convenient and the staff is really helpful. Basically within walking distance to a lot of attractions and there are a few convenient stores just down the hotel. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that closes around 4 am in the morning. The hotel gets this big

I really like everything about this hotel. Great service, really good location (a few minutes from the JR station). Tasty breakfast with lots of variety. There is a nice hot bath on the 18th floor where you can relax and enjoy great city views.
Room itself is clean, really comfortable bed. And the staff is just willing to serve you with all your wishes.
Really recommend this hotel.

The location is very good. It is a few minutes walk from JR Sapporo and the hotel is just opposite to car rental place. Also, the room is clean and all facility is very good. A lot of electronic plugs are available in a room. -

The room and facilities were clean, fairly large and overall it was a nice hotel. There were many restaurants to choose from - although a bit pricey. Staff were friendly overall. The room was very nice and was larger than I thought it would be! The views were very nice during the day & spectacular at night. -

This is a cosy hotel at great location. We can see Odori Park from our room and hence the winter festival. Less than 5 min walk from Odori Station Exit 1. My mother and brother stayed here. I simply booked for them. However, I
did visit and I thought this place was great. The staff were amazing and
spoke fantastic English, which surprised me due to being a fairly small
hotel. They were also incredibly helpful and my mother and brother had
no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you
want somewhere affordable and comfortable.
