Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. We traveled to Cala Gonone as a young couple and found Residence Biriola very easy to find. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. It was a lovely welcome, followed up by an offer of coffee and cake with Giovanna and Bruno. Quite simply the nicest welcome you could get. Our apartment gave us a perfect, eleva

We had a nice evening with a lot of interesting people which we met during the good dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are clean, you'll find everything you need. The location is a little bit lonely but typical for a agriturismo and there are two awesome beaches nearby (only reached by car though). Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Everything. Nice owner, nice place, spotless clean, good facilities.
Real Italian coffee maker was very sweet surprise. It had to be just
hotel for one night before flight (had to leave early) but it was the
best we stayed in all Sardinia. We really enjoyed stay there, if I go
back to Sardinia around Cagliari, I stay there again for sure. We
traveled around Sardinia, ant it was the best apartment of all we
stayed. Worth to stay.

Very clean, well equipped and great view. The balcony was huge and great place to relax. The beach is only 5 min away and there are several beaches (Costa Rei area, Villasimius within 20-30 min drive). One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at was only 5 min away (Mariana Gio) and located right in the beach. The TV even had english channels which was nice for late night relaxing. The bed, although firm was very comfortable.
