  Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. Communication with the manager, Matteo, was excellent and he was very friendly and helpful with everything - not to mention all the great insider tips he had for us! Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis.   The staff were so friendly they couldn't do enough for you. This is a lovely hotel very peaceful and in a perfect location if you are looking to chill out right on the beach front. The town centre of Villasimius is a two minute drive, it's a ten minute walk along a long straight road so you can't go wrong. However, the highlight of our stay was the superb dining experience combining well presented delicious Sardinian specialties with classy service in a pleasant atmosphere.   We had a very large and comfortable room with a small patio. The food was delicious. Every night we were looking forward to enjoying our dinner in a wonderful setting.
