  The nicest ever little country hotel, small and private! They catered to my every need and were so friendly. The dinnes were lovely and the breakfasts very good. I will absolutely go back if I have a chance. And this is such a beautiful part of Italy!

  Very friendly owners and family with lots of useful local information. Especially liked the newly made bio-pool which was fantastic. You can swim with frogs and pond creatures hanging around the edges and tadpoles near your feet. Not everyone's cup of tea but we loved it as a new experience.   The house is located on top of a hill in a quiet and green area outside of the old town, but it's very quick to walk into town. Salvatore, the host, is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was very good, with self-grown cherry tomatoes and fresh fruit, beautifully presented and served in the garden.   We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was huge with a full kitchen, living/dining room, very large bath, big bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony that ran the entire length of the apartment. The balcony could be walked on but was really too narrow for chairs. Breakfast was served on a terrace with the same great view and - A wonderful place at a very reasonable price,one of the most comfortable 'hotels' we have ever stayed in.Calling it a B&B does it no favour as it is more like a luxury apartment with a tremendous view of the city. Very friendly and helpful hosts, an enjoyable breakfast, access to a very safe garage and above all proximity ,2mns'walk, to the extremely beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno. We will go there again.
