We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was huge with a full kitchen, living/dining room, very large bath, big bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony that ran the entire length of the apartment. The balcony could be walked on but was really too narrow for chairs. Large french doors opened onto the balcony from the bedroom and living room. The view was of the old town across the river and was beautiful, especially at night. Breakfast was served on a terrace with the same great view and.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, an enjoyable breakfast, access to a very safe garage and above all proximity ,2mns'walk, to the extremely beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno. We will go there again. The hosts were kind and helpful. They helped us find a place for dinner and provided a fantastic lunch with coffee, pastries, and homemade yogurt. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was clean and had everything we needed. The internet worked fast. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Ascoli Piceno and really loved both this B&B and the town itself. Cheerful, friendly staff made us feel special, could not have been more helpful. Beautiful, spacious, fully equipped apartment. Excellent breakfast, something to look forward to each morning. Convenient, secure parking - at no extra cost.
