  The woman who worked the desk was amazing and very helpful. My boyfriend is German and I English and she knew more German than English so it worked out well. Our car wouldn't start and she helped us find a friendly automotive shop who came to us. Plus, we had a garge space so it was perfect! The room had a big balcony and a big kitchen.   Very pleasant and helpful staff in this very modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed if a little starkly white and black in decor. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00 which was welcome as we had had a tiring journey.   Excellent Location - Easy to find, good central location. The Hotel Staff were very proficient. Room and bathroom ( showers rather smallish ) was large by comparison to others in Italy

  I really liked this hotel, I feel myself like at home, I would give more stars to hotel, the owner was so nice lady at reception she explained everything so well in English and gave so many advises how many sightings are around and what are the best ones, I was amazed about the cleanliness in the room, bathroom and the white ironed bed linen. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.
