The woman who worked the desk was amazing and very helpful. My boyfriend is German and I English and she knew more German than English so it worked out well. Very pleasant and helpful staff in this very modern hotel. Rooms are well appointed if a little starkly white and black in decor. Lovely breakfast served until 11.00 which was welcome as we had had a tiring journey. Nice modern clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent location next to train station, and close to the beach and port for boats to Portofino. Great staff that helped with our plans for exploring Cinque Terre. il Nostromo is a great restaurant in the street infront of the hotel (Tuna Tartar for appetizer, Pistachio crusted fish for main course and Tiramisu for dessert - Best meal of the trip).

We liked everything. Comfortable function room - studio, balcony with a
table - for excellent breakfast in the morning=), nice view of the
mountains, a sense of authenticity of a small Italian town. Very
courteous, responsive girl at the reception, which timely sent us the
information on passwords for late check-in. All recommend. -

Helpful and service minded staff. Great pool. Nice and sufficient sun-beds. Very clean everywhere. Good place for families with children. We would consider coming back but that would be for the pool. -

1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and
especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time
from 12pm to 2pm). Staff are polite and willing to provide
information and help.
2. Clean and modern - The room was modern, beddings are clean, toilet was fully equipped and newly decorated.

We loved everything about Urban Chic House. The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

Me and my husband loved everything that this hotel had to offer. Sanremo is a bigger town on the Ligurian coast, excellent base for doing
day trips to many of the small sea side towns or villages in the hills.
The town offers a decent selection of restaurants as well as shopping.
Hotel De Paris is situation next to the Casino at the
"entrance" to the old town and shopping district.Beachside and
habour are a 10-15 walk away.
