It had a very convenient location near the Academia water bus stop. It was centrally located so all major attractions were within a five minute walk.   The hotel was located right on the canal and our room had a view of it. Absolutely beautiful, quaint. - Near great charch Santa Maria della Salute. For old town its a good placement for wolk lovers. Friendship staff. Normal breakfast.
