  We had a large, comfortable room with a view of the canal and the church. Hotel has a pleasant garden. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, near to San Basilio vaporetto stop, convenient for attractions in the Dorsoduro area. A few caffes and osteria nearby but not far to walk to find whatever you need. Would definitely recommend it and will con... co mówią ludzie » sider coming again. - It has perfect location as far as for my taste. it located a quiet place where is not too far from the St. marco, but so close to a vaporetto station (st.basilio) and supermarket. I also really loved to wake up listening to birds' singing. Room/bathroom is romantically decorated and is relatively spacious.

  The location was excellent..next to water bus /water taxi. Breakfast was great..the decor of hotel really created an atmosphere of old Venice..the location was close enough to everything yet not so close you felt crowed by center. The Staff wasoutstanding, and very courteous, the hotels cleanliness and service wassecond to none. Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!
