I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

Newly renovated and decorated with care to a high standard in a very pleasant style (as on the pictures).

We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with good English. They gave

Spotlessly clean large comfortable room with nice furniture. Lovely, helpful owners. It is a very short walk to some good restaurants and bars, you may have to book, quite busy. The owners are opening an art gallery/library/wine bar in the complex and as these are housed inside large wooden doors, I believe will provide a quiet haven from the busyness of Palermo. Free wifi. important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.

This hotel has a great location, right in the city center. All tourist atractions in Palermo can be reached by foot. Also, it is easy rechable from the airport by bus. Our room was very comfortable and clean, but a bit dark. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, recomand nice places to eat and even help us with our short trip to Monreale.
