Nice, clean, great staff and the free bikes were a big positive allowing us to ride to and around the walls and town of Lucca very easily. -
Room beautifully designed and breakfast was great. Loved that we had the use of bikes for Lucca which is very bike friendly.

Beautiful hotel in lovely Lucca. huge well appointed room, very tastefully decorated. Pool and outside area would be lovely in summer. It is a bit out of town, so you do need a car. Make sure you check-in before their reception desk closes for the night as they are not there 24/7!! Good value for money. Best breakfast on whole trip. :-) - May

Silvia was amazing! She bent over backwards to accommodate us in every capacity. Eggs and bacon were made to order for breakfast. She provided us with the best breakfast during our 10 day trip to France/Italy. Air-conditioning worked great. Extremely clean rooms and the biggest shower we have seen in Europe, with great water pressure. Would definitely return!

This had a great location inside the walls of Lucca! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of five (with an extra cot requested). Perfect, quiet location next to the piazza Napoleone. The staff gave excellent advice about parking options and even booked the parking garage for us, good service!
Casa Paolina is like having your own appartment in Lucca. Big appartments, so and ideal place to go with groups of 4-6 people.Please be aware of opening times reception: 10am till 1 pm and 3pm till 6 pm.

Incredible staff that took care of us as if we were their close friend. Every little thing was anticipated and taken care of by Paolo and the staff. We interrupted them while cleaning our room and I can honestly say I've never seen anything like it. They were scrubbing the bathroom and nothing was untouched. They picked us up rather than have our cab driver try to find the place. The food was very good as well! -
I stayed there over a week and it was a great experience. The owner and staff at Il Seminario were all great people. The amenities were excellent. The room was spotless with everything one would need to be comfortable. The location in town allowed one to walk and be anywhere in Lucca from Il Seminario in minutes. Breakfasts were great with a variety that was as good as I've had in Italy. So happy I stayed there!
