  The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat.   This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20 minute walk.   Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

  Our stay was very pleasant. Service is very good, the hotel is ideally located (everything is at walking distance), the room in courtyard is very quiet and the service unflawed. Given the special promotion we obtained, this hotel was fantastic. The breakfast room was very pleasant as were the staff and we enjoyed the food available. Service was excellent.
