  The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. The Pantheon, Trevy Fountain, and Spanish Steps are all within a short 15 minute walk (or less!); even The Vatican is ... wat mensen zeggen » about a 20 minute walk; and the Colesseum is about 30 minutes...we never needed a taxi, and that was a huge advantage at staying at Hotel Adriano. Oh - Location Location Location! 5 minutes walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Navona which is a good starting point for any visit to Rome. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat.   This hotel is really convenient to exploring Old Rome. The Coliseum was a little bit of a walk, but all the other big sights were within a 20 minute walk. Piazza Navarone is only about a 3 minute walk. St. Peters 15 - 20 minutes. The hotel was recently updated and room size was impressive.   Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner. Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living. Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot - Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern.
