  First, I really like the location. It's close to a park and is away from the main tourist streets, which is very nice.   Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. Just a short walk (up a little street and across the square) and you are at the Ufizzi Museum, after having passed all the restaurants. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, yet amazingly comfortable-we had a table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, bed, and two bedside tables in ours... co mówią ludzie » . We also had a near new bathroom, with some of the other rooms being renovated while we were there. Fast, strong wifi, and very friendly, helpful sta - We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio). The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a minor issue (if at all).
