Superb location - just take the LAM Rosso bus from airport or train to Cammeo or Torre stop - it's two streets away. Good facilities including lovely garden/ sun terrace. Only four rooms, two bathrooms, very nice homely feel. Loved the idiosyncratic decor - very unusual and personal! Definitely not beige!

  My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious. I spend a lot of time just hanging out the window watching the square and people. The facilities are great, with a well equipped kitchen.   The accommodation was very clean and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was superb and the cafe area outside for breakfast was delightful to sit and have something to eat.   This hotel was literally five minutes away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. On our arrival the staff were extremely helpful and suggested a restaurant for a late night pizza. We were able to sit outside and have a lovely view of the Tower while was ate.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station.   We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed.   We liked the location - close to the Piazza dei Miracoli. We liked having a sitting room and access to the garden. Franco was very friendly and helpful. - The owner of the hotel was extremely friendly and making sure we felt at home. It wa possible to park our car in the garden, which was very convenient.

Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us.
