As a couple we had our bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area, such a large and wonderful space. A great place to stay when exploring Pisa! - Great welcome from very helpful staff who spoke good English. Superb location - just take the LAM Rosso bus from airport or train to Cammeo or Torre stop - it's two streets away. Good facilities including lovely garden/ sun terrace. Only four rooms, two bathrooms, very nice homely feel. Loved the idiosyncratic decor - very unusual and personal! Definitely not beige!

  Cheep, clean, air conditioned, friendly and helpful staff, views of the leaning tower from our room although you did have to look to the right. room 66. 25 meters from the gates to the grounds of the tower. Easy early check in although we did not book. Dont expect the Hilton but this is as good as any Park Inn or Travelodge. Coffees - Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all our questions, not forthcoming with information- but very polite! Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!

  We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station.   We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it made our vacation to Italy very easy. Location is amazing. It is right outside the leaning tower and across the street to a bus stop for the city. Recommendations for resteraunts given to us by the manager (Luca) were the best we found in Italy. He even booked the table for us. We had the bigger room which comes with a private balcony. Plenty of space four 4 of us and room comes with a double and two singles which is good for families. They were happy for us to leave bags with them all day, which is great if you have a late flight..

He was super helpful and courteous and gave great recommendations on places to eat.
