  Very nice place to stay - right opposite Pisa stazione. Newly refurbished by the looks of things, very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped and very clean rooms/bathrooms.   They stayed up to wait for me though my flight got in at midnight, and they even gave me a huge room with a bathroom when I had only booked a single with shared bathroom. - The location was good, just a short walk straight from Pisa Airport. We also liked the Bus stop which was just outside the Hotel and took us to the Tower.

  We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake.   The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. I w - Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  I spent a very pleasant twelve nights here. The staff are charming, hospitable, and friendly, and all spoke good English. The room was clean, the bed fine. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Wifi good and fast and even reached to my room, despite no suggestion that it would. Nice, cosy little bar/breakfast room by the lobby.   The hotel was very close to the main sights of Pisa (Leaning Tower was a 10 minute walk away). We also walked from the hotel to Pisa Central station - the whole of Pisa is in walking distance.
