  The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and anxious to make sure their guests were made to feel at home and valued. The rooms were wonderful--brand new and beautifully decorated. There was a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating for a romantic last night dinner before we left for home. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, warm croissants, meats and cheeses among the many items. The - The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way). The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.   The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.

  My business partner and I travel a lot, so we see varying quality. We are starting a new business and are on a budget. We were so impressed with this hotel that we introduced ourselves to the manager and told him so. It is clean, crisp and light. The members of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again and would be pleased to recommend it. - Our stay was too short to enjoy all the niceties. This is a fine facility. We chose it because we had an 8 a.m. flight; needed to be at the airport at 6; the night was far too short. But everything was fine. Wish we had had more time to enjoy it. Room rate was a factor; the airport hotel was very pricey; this was reasonable.
