  The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and anxious to make sure their guests were made to feel at home and valued. The rooms were wonderful--brand new and beautifully decorated. There was a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating for a romantic last night dinner before we left for home. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, warm croissants, meats and cheeses among the many items. The - The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way). The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.   The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was decorated very modern and fun. The chef/ food was excellent, and we really liked the open kitchen where you could see her cooking. Wi- fi avail, which for us is so important being from another country to get all our traveling times and ticket info and - It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

  I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.
