  Very friendly staff. We arrived with 4 small children from the Airport, with 7 suitcases, and yes it is hard to get up the stairs, but we received help and made it safe and sound upstairs, checked in and had a wonderful stay.   The quality and price are well balanced. I really appreciate breakfast - it is not ostentatious but very adequate and relaxed atmosphere. Your staff (especially Elsie) had excellent social skills. The location was superb, with the star ferry terminal within 5 minutes' walking distance, and there are many buses to Central on Gloucester road.
