Wonderfull hotel, the room was big and very comfortable. It has big bathroom, with incredible view and nice dressing room.
Service was very professional. Cleaning was fabulous, room was sparkled! Good location in the center of the city, near big shopping mall. There are a lot of restaurants.

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. -The hotel is just at 5 minutes walk (through the underground shops) from Kowloon Station, one of the main station. In this station you can leave you luggage for you flight. So that you can do a day shopping and flying for example 8 hours later.

This is a fantastic hotel with impeccable service. Beautiful 500 meter high building with incredible view over harbor and Hongkong city. This is the place to stay at in HK. Dont miss the top floor bar "Ozone". Convenient with airport fast train that stops in the building.

We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!

We stayed in the room with the harbour view and loved it. We were cellebreting our wedding anniversary and the hotel made us feel really special. They offered me flowers when I got to the hotel and the next day when we got back in the evening there were champagne and chocolate with a card signed for all the staff. Very kind ! All the staff has an exceptional attention to the guests, always aware of everything ir order to helping the guests. Next time in HK we'll definetly stay at Shangri-La. Pe
