I liked everything. A small well run hotel. Lovely room with comfortable bed, slept better than I do at home, the situation is so quiet. Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . Family run hotel which makes you feel part of the family too .lovely people , real Greece !

Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views.
As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival.
During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available.
Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation.
The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. Hotel provides enjoyable food in all inclusive programs only but even after ten days there was still chance to discover new tastes. I would definitely recommend hotel for families with small kids. everything was amazing - we went into our honeymoon and they greeted us with lots of great surprizes; the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the location breathtaking, serene - all in all, we have absolutely no complaints and we came back fully refreshed and delighted! thank you for the amazing vacation! -

we ordered a superior room which was excellent big and comfort.
The swimming pool is very clean and beutiful.
The hotel's area is very large so we didn't notice there many people until we went to walk all over the resort.
The location is great. on the main street of malia and about 300 meters from the nearby bus station. -

The hotel is modern and luxurious. It is everything you would expect from first class establishment. The setting is lovely and there are great views of the surrounding valley.
