  The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great. The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. - Spacious, private, luxury in a wonderful setting with superb facilitites and excellent staff and high standard of food and wine

  Fantastic resort. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The stand out was the friendliness of the staff - they were extremely helpful, from telling us the best places to eat and drink in town and making reservations for us, to organising a packed breakfast for us when we had to leave very early on our last day. There are lots of fre - As people have always been my first priority while travelling I can't help saying a few words about the staff.. They are very professional, useful, always ready to help and superfriendly. All of them,starting from the reception guys and finishing by our housemaid, did their best to let us feel like at home. I did regret we were staying only six days It was really sad to leave.

  We were really satisfied with the comfort of the bungallow. The bed is large (about 180 cm wide) with a nice coco mattress. The dinner and the breakfast were ok.   We liked everything in castello! When we arrived maria the reception lady gave us a nice welcome and told us that they've upgraded us to the honeymoon suite ! we had a big comfortable room, well designed with a jacuzzi on the large balcony facing the sea. We got a basket of fruits, a bottle of wine & water. The bed was comfortable and the bath... co mówią ludzie » had jacuzzi in it also. The staff payed attention to a lot of details, it felt like we got a personal treatment. The pool was great, not too cold! Th - Nothing was too much for any of the staff - you were treated superbly with a fantastic hotel room & great sea views. As we arrived late & missed dinner, the hotel had placed a plate of salad, cold meat, a bottle of wine & water on our arrival. During meal times, there was a wide selection of dishes available. Sissi is a quiet area as is the hotel and fantastic for peace & relaxation. The spa treatments that i received were well worth the money.

The hotel's area is very large so we didn't notice there many people until we went to walk all over the resort.
