  The staff was amazing and were willing to accommodate all of our requests. The hotel was beautiful and extreme clean. It's location is perfect. It's in the heart of Old Town but far enough away from the waterfront so that it's not so loud at night. The breakfast was delicious. Wife had dental problem and Anastasia quickly arranged visit to her doctor, who was not expensive by North American standards. Superb location near port and old Venetian fort.   Billy, hotel manager, was an excellent help to all our inquiries. He is accommodating and assisted us when our itinerary changed abruptly.   location in town was perfect and I admit this hotel does not look that good at all on this website from the pictures, but trust me, actually rooms were very decent!!!!!! The male hotel owner/stuff was so helpful, told us the actual good restaurant in town away from the ones that just want money from tourist, told us shops to go to, place to visit!... co mówią ludzie » ! - Stayed over night and was upgraded to the suite which was lovely. Location is awesome if you want to visit the old town or catch a bus the next day. Great experience overall.

  It was so near to the old port in the wonderful city of Chania. A wonderfully renovated old house The street was pedestrian so it was quiet, even though nearby there were plenty of café bars with many young people. Excellent shower always hot water and the aircon was very good! We needed that as it was so hot. Would visit again. Lov - The best combination of quality and price what we ever had. If to say in one word - Amazing!!! We came only for one night but decide to stay one more night especially because of the hotel!!! Thanks to owner that you can keep this high level of quality. it is very seldom now. 10 of 10! We will come again definitely.

  Great location - right in the centre of Chania's old town. Beautiful old house. Our room was small but clean, thoughtfully furnished and well appointed.
