The architecture and layout of the place, all of the 5 units were different and people didn't dirturb each other. The terraces were big enough, so you always could get some sun. The owners were so friendly and helpfull, served us coffee, cakes and specialities and wine. The pool was lovely and the whole place very clean. The staff were very warm and polite and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was great and very fresh and we loved the location. The Villa was great. Our suite was really spacious and nicely furnished. The owner and her assistant were really nice giving us lots of tips for the area and recommending some great restaurants. As there are not many suites at the premises some days we had the pool to ourselves and the privacy was great. Breakfast was also excellent -

The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. I would highly recommend an upgrade to a 'suite' a large room with two sofas. It was fabulous with a wonderful view of the whole harbour. The breakfas

Chania, Palazzo Duca is perfect! It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean,
and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting
area with table and chairs, patio with view of harbor with table and
chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking
pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large
shower.

Me and my wife simply loved our stay at Veneta. The highlight of our
stay was the hospitality of the host and his son (George) who took
extremely good care of us offering drinks, information about the city,
help with booking ferry tickets, excursions, restaurant recommendations
etc etc. This is how we would ideally want all of our vacation hotels to
be! The room is very spacious and the location of the hotel is less than

I stayed here for 8 days while travelling in early March, made to feel
very welcome by Maria and Jannis. The apartment itself, very comfortable
with very good facilities, including a small kitchenette with fridge,
hot plate and small cooker. There are even laundry facilities too, very

Maria, the owner is an absolute sweetheart! Don't have words enough
to say how much we enjoyed the stay, her help and everything else. We
were lost, so stopped in a corner and her son came to ask if I was
looking for the apartment, we arrived very late, she received us with a
big smile, gave us a map and explained everything. The apartment is
lovely, we had the kitchen/living room, a bedroom the toilet and a
balcony, there's air con, everything ver clean and nice. You can
also borrow a parasol
