We've been travelling for over three months now and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The staff were amazing; the rooms were clean and quiet; wifi was reliable; the breakfast was a huge buffet and there was coffee to go. It was great to leave the car in the free carpark and walk the 2km across the Mosel River into Trier - an amazing historical city. Staff was outstanding. Got in late after dinner was served, staff still made us sandwiches. Hotel is very neat. Came back to stay the second night and had and excellent dinner. Excellent location opposite the K-D ferry quay and it is definitely worth paying extra for a room with a river view balcony.
