  Stayed in an upgraded single room and it was very nice with a good size room, big comfortable bed, flatscreen TV and a spotless bathroom, all the details felt like they were thought through.   The hospitality and friendliness of the family who run this hotel. Good food and wine. Excellent value. We arrived late at 9:15 pm after a long days ride and they cooked us a meal. Not many hotels would do that! Overall good value, but if you need a good night's sleep, do not get a room on the street side. - Location in downtown is great. Many restaurants within a short walk, and close to everything within Kaiserslautern. Staff is great and friendly, with good service.
